It follows the discovery of a woman’s body in a house in Shorncliffe Avenue in the early hours of yesterday morning.

A post mortem examination carried out earlier today concluded the woman, who was in her 30s, died as a result of hanging and police are satisfied there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding her death.

The woman was pronounced dead at the scene and a man in his 40s was then arrested in connection with the death and questioned at Wymondham Police Investigation Centre.

He was released on bail late last night without charge and will face no further action.

A file will be submitted to the coroner.
