  • What is the purpose of " Gay pride" ? Why do heterosexuals not feel the need to parade?

  • People are much more tolerant these days, I feel comfortable going out with my gay friends to virtually any venue, and have never encountered any negative attitudes, often feel there is not the same need as there used to be for gay pubs or gay societies, we seem welcome everywhere and the Internet is great for anyone who feels isolated and needs to meet others

  • I think they are safe in schools, I was never bullied for being a gay . I find gay people can be very prejudiced against anyone who is fat or not very good looking. No one ever contacts me on my gaydar profile probably because I am a bit older than most and not particularly attractive, although they do say there is someone for everyone so I live in hope.
