Customers at a Norwich pub have raised more than £1,000 in aid of a four-year-old schoolgirl who is fighting bone cancer.
The Windmill, on Knox Road, held a fundraising event last month to support Sophie Taylor, from Sprowston.
The Sprowston Infant School pupil was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in her knee and tumours in her lungs in January this year.
She is now starting her recovery after undergoing a major operation on one of her legs in April at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in Stanmore.
Windmill customers were so touched by the bravery shown by Sophie that they held a special event in March to support her.
A raffle and karaoke was held on the night, raising £1,100.
Earlier in April around 200 people took part in a 12-hour danceathon at Spixworth Village Hall to show their support towards her.
It also raised more than £1,500.
