Transport services are continuing to be affected by the cold weather.
There are delays of up to two hours on the Norwich to London train line.
A National Express East Anglia spokesman said: “All services from London Liverpool Street through to Norwich are being severely disrupted owing to an earlier train failure caused by the severe weather conditions.
“Services are slowly moving but there are delays of up to two hours at present.”
National Express East Anglia is advising people to check their train routes before they travel and allow additional time for their journeys.
Norwich International Airport is open today but a number of flights have been cancelled.
Some flights to and from Edinburgh, Manchester and Aberdeen were not running this morning due to weather conditions at the three cities.
