One person was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs.

Several items of property, such as phones and other personal items, were handed in to the police and security across the weekend and officers will be carrying out enquiries this week to reunite them with their owners.

Chief Inspector Stuart Armes, policing commander, said: “While a number of arrests were made, the policing operation was a success and the event passed peacefully with no major incidents and the majority of festival-goers enjoying the atmosphere.”

The event, attended by about 50,000 people, featured chart-topping acts such as Katy B, Ellie Goudling, Tinie Temph, John Newman and Neon Jungle.
