Police are appealing for witnesses after a man indecently exposed himself and chased three girls.

Three teenage girls were walking down Maple Road in Downham Market when a man, who was not wearing any trousers, approached them and exposed himself. He also made a lewd comment.

The three then ran off down Poplar Road. The man chased them for about 10 seconds before running off.

It happened on Friday at some point between 6.30pm and 6.45pm.

The man was described as about 30 to 40 years old, white, and was wearing a red checked shirt and white pants.
