Electricity supplies have been turned off in two villages after a farm warehouse went up in flames.

The blaze broke out at the Camp Farm site at the Roudham Road near the Roudham Heath Industrial Estate at about 9.15am.

Eighty firefighters are currently still on scene after bringing the fire under control.

The electricity supply in Roudham and Bridgham has currently been switched off while an investigation is carried out as the power line is next to the farm site. The smoke also contains carbon which could cause a power surge.

It is not yet known how long the electricity will be down for.

  • Er - if they live in Bridgham, without power might explain why no comments yet...... On behalf of my colleagues who work at office in Bridgham, very disrupting to be without power, and without any advice as to when it is to be returned.
