Customers of a new pizza takeaway in the Heartsease area of Norwich could receive one of 200 pizzas being given away on Saturday.
The new Papa John’s store in Plumstead Road will have a celebration event to mark its official opening from midday on Saturday.
The pizza chain say they have invested £200,000 in the store and created 25 local jobs.
Customers attending the event will also be able to enter a competition to win a free iPad or pizza for a year, as well as the 200 pizza giveaway for the first customers through the doors of the store.
Lord Mayor of Norwich, Keith Driver, will cut the ribbon to declare the store officially open at midday.
Owner Mazoor Hussain said: “We are particularly excited to have opened this new store in Norwich and are delighted that we have proven to be so popular since opening last week.
“It’s a wonderful site to be located in and one we think many Norwich residents will make use of if our continued success is anything to go by.”
Papa John’s was founded in the USA in 1984 and there are now more than 200 stores across the UK, with another Norwich store on the other side of the city, in Colman Road.
