Children at Wicklewood Primary School had the rare chance to quiz a premiership footballer yesterday.
Youngsters in Year 6 spent the afternoon with Norwich City goalkeeper Mark Bunn.
The Canaries star spoke to them about the importance of reading during his visit.
Pupils grilled him about his football career and Mr Bunn said his best moment of the season was saving a penalty against Spurs and that his football hero is Gareth Bale.
They also asked about his pre-match diet and the music he listens to before he steps out on to the pitch.
Aspiring footballers got the chance to take part in a penalty shoot-out on the school field before Mr Bunn signed autographs for the children. Headteacher Sheila Greenacre said: “It’s very motivational for the children.”
Terrorism returned to the streets of London today as two suspected Muslim fanatics butchered a man in broad daylight in the name of “Allah”.
