Motorists warned of road closures ahead of Norwich Pride parade

Motorists heading into Norwich city centre this weekend are being warned of possible traffic disruption.

A number of roads will be closed during the afternoon of Saturday, July 26 to facilitate the Norwich Pride parade.

Road closures will be in place between 1.30pm and 3.30pm at Chapelfield East, Chantry Road, Malthouse Road, Theatre Street, Rampant Horse Street, Brigg Street, Haymarket, Gentleman’s Walk, Gaol Hill, St Giles Street, St Peters Street and Bethel Street, from its junction with St Peters Street and the Forum car park.

Officers are advising motorists to avoid these roads between these times and to find alternative routes.
