Motorcyclist taken to hospital with multiple injuries after crash in Little Plumstead, near Norwich

A man was taken to hospital with multiple injuries following a road accident in Copeman Road, Little Plumstead, near Norwich, at about 2.35pm yesterday.

A spokesman for the East of England Ambulance Service said the motorcyclist, aged about 40, was unconscious for about 10 minutes. He suffered a head injury and serious left arm and right leg fractures. He was taken to hospital by land ambulance, with the air crew travelling as support.
