Motorcyclist seriously injured in crash at Felthorpe

A 47-year-old motorcyclist has been seriously injured in a road crash near Felthorpe.
The accident happened at 11.44am, about 400m north of Breck Farm Lane on Reepham Road.
Police said a blue Suzuki Hayabusa motorcycle travelling northwards from Norwich was negotiating a left-hand bend when the rider lost control and collided head-on with a grey VW Golf travelling in the opposite direction.
A spokesman for Norfolk Constabulary said: “The rider of the motorcycle suffered serious, life-changing, multiple fractures. The driver of the car was uninjured. Both parties are 47-year-old males from the Norwich area.”
