A Lowestoft department store has been receiving a helping hand – from the woman dubbed the Queen of Shops.
Retail guru Mary Portas has been in town to offer advice and ideas to Godfreys in Suffolk Road ahead of a grand re-opening this morning (Friday).
It is understood her time at the store has also been filmed for a Channel 4 programme, which is to be screened at a later date.
Inviting people to the re-launch event, a spokesman for Optomen Television said: 'Come down and have a look at the changes Mary has made.'
