Man taken to hospital with head injury after van collides with a tree

A man has been taken to hospital with a head injury after his van collided with a tree this morning in Norwich.

Emergency services were called to the incident on Reepham Road, in Hellesdon, at around 10.45am today.

The man, believed to be in his 40s, was left with a non-critical head injury after his white van crashed into a tree.

Ambulance attended the scene and took the man to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.

The road is closed while the vehicle is recovered.
