A man struck by a car in Cromer has walked away today with non-serious injuries.

The incident happened at around 2.20pm this afternoon on Mount Street, at the junction with The Loke and Hans Place.

The male, of unknown age, sustained a leg and ankle injury.

A spokesman from Norfolk Constabulary said: “This was not a serious collision.”

  • Just one man? The way pedestrians recklessly cross the roads in Cromer, I am surprised there are not about 50 'collisions' a day! Sometimes I drive through town and it's as if everyone's got a death wish.

  • "NOT A SERIOUS COLLISION" i would have thought any collision between a person and a car resulting in a leg and ankle injury should be treated as serious!!!
