A man in his 20s was taken to hospital following a two vehicle collision on the A1122 near Wisbech yesterday.
Three other people suffered minor injuries in the crash.
Magpas Helimedix (Doctor Nick Foster and paramedics Paul Sallis and Ash Richardson) arrived at the scene at 8.58pm and worked alongside an East of England Ambulance crew.
The Magpas team assessed the man, who suffered injuries to his upper and lower body.
They then administered enhanced pain relief and helped to move him safely into a land ambulance.
The patient was then taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King’s Lynn in a serious but stable condition.
The Helimedix also assessed three other patients, who suffered minor injuries.
