Man charged with robbery of woman’s iPhone in Norwich

A 21-year-old man has been charged with robbery following an incident underneath the St Crispins flyover, near Anglia Square, in December.
Phillip Cleary, of Aspland Road, Norwich, off Riverside Road, is alleged to have robbed a woman of her iPhone as she walked under the St Crispins flyover, in Magdalen Street, on Monday, December 10.
Cleary appeared at Norwich Magistrates Court on Christmas Eve and was released on conditional bail to appear at Norwich Crown Court for a plea and case management hearing next Tuesday.
