A man appeared in court this morning following an alleged stabbing at a Norwich hostel.
Sean Simpson, 41, of Dereham Road, Norwich, appeared at the city’s crown court via a video link from Norwich prison.
He was charged with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm, after a man was stabbed in the stomach on Sunday July 22 at around 6pm at a hostel in Dereham Road.
Simpson did not enter a plea to the charge and was kept in custody.
The case was adjourned to Norwich Crown Court to September 18.
