Businesses in two neighbouring communities joined the Royal Wedding celebrations in style.
Rosy Lee’s Tea Room, in Loddon, served special royal-themed tea and cakes. Visitors - including a regular group of cyclists - were able to enjoy a brew alongside a life-size model of the newly appointed Duchess of Sussex.
The White Horse pub in Chedgrave also got in on the act, installed a big screen television so that visiting members of the public could enjoy a pint or two while watching the royal couple tie the knot.
There were life-size models of Prince Harry and the Queen outside the front of the pub, accompanied by the humorous message “Just a swift half with Gran beforehand to help settle the jitters.”
The day’s festivities then continued into the early evening, as customers stayed on to watch Chelsea triumph against Manchester United by one goal to nil in the FA Cup final.
