A lifeboat crew was called out to search for a missing man last seen in the early hours of yesterday morning near the river in King's Lynn.
Hunstanton Lifeboat was asked to search for the man, who was last seen at 3am on Tuesday, by Humber Coastguard after concerns for his safety were raised.
The lifeboat crew launched the Spirt of West Norfolk at 10.30pm on Tuesday and searched the River Ouse from Pandora Sands down river to the A47 bridge and power station.
Nothing was found and the boast was stood down at 2.15am this morning (Wednesday).
At 8.40am today the crew resumed the search, returning to the station at 3pm.
Police and the coastguard also searched the area but nothing was found.
