North Norfolk MP Norman Lamb will be joining the runners in Cromer on Sunday as they set off on their Sport Relief Mile events.
There is still time to register for the event via the Sport Relief website: sportrelief.com but organisers say there is limited availability for last-minute participants to sign-up on the day, at North Lodge Park between 9.30am and 10.15am.
Participants can choose between a one, three or six-mile route and there will also be an orienteering route as an alternative to the walk/run.
All routes start from North Lodge Park at 10.30am and longer routes take in Happy Valley and the lighthouse hills.
Cromer mayor David Pritchard will be at the finish line handing out medals.
Entry costs £6 for an adult, £3 for under-16s and £15 for families.
Money raised by Sport Relief is spent by Comic Relief to help people in need both in the UK and across the world.
Since 2002 the event has raised of £195m.
The Cromer event is one of more than 500 taking place across the UK this weekend.
