Searches are set to take place today as local people come together to try and find missing Gorleston woman Sophie Smith.
The 21-year-old student disappeared from her home in Avondale Road at 3am on Boxing Day morning wearing only a vest and shorts.
CCTV footage captured her heading towards the seafront a short time later, but there have been no other confirmed sightings since then.
Police believe the most likely scenario is that she entered the sea at Gorleston.
Since Sophie’s disappearance, hundreds of people from the Gorleston community - as well as several other surrounding towns and villages - have been joining the emergency services to scour the coastline in the hope that she will be found.
Further searches have now been organised by the Find Sophie Smith Facebook group as the hunt for the UEA student heads into the weekend.
The first search will take place today (December 30) along Yarmouth seafront, with all those taking part meeting at Britannia Pier at midday.
The second search will be at Hopton Holiday Village from 2.30pm, with the meeting point at the main gate. Maps and hi-vis jackets will be handed out to anyone taking part.
Anyone with any information regarding the whereabouts of Sophie Smith should contact Norfolk Police immediately on 101.
