A groundwork and civil engineering company is digging deep to support a project to fund a specialist nurse to help dementia patients in North Norfolk.
JMS Contractors, based just outside Norwich, has presented £3000 to The Rotary Club of North Norfolk in support of the Admiral Nurses project.
It has already helped raised £6000 at a charity golf day at the Royal Cromer Golf Club.
Mark Sheridan, Director of JMS Contractors, said: “I am delighted to make this donation to such a worthy cause and strongly support Dementia UK’s belief that everyone who needs the support of an Admiral Nurse should get it.”
North Norfolk Rotary meets at the Dales Hotel in Upper Sheringham on a Monday night at 6.30pm.
Club President Steve Wilson added: “In just a couple of weeks and thanks to the generosity of local people we have now raised over £9000 for the Admiral Nurses Project.”
