Police have released an E-fit image of a man who carried out a burglary in Mildenhall.

The man forced entry to a house on Kingsway at 11.25am on October 1 when he smashed a window.

A neighbour heard the noise and contacted the police who attended the scene and chased the burglar. He was not caught.

The man was described as between 25 and 30-years-old with brown eyes and brown hair. He had a goatee-style beard and was wearing blue jeans and a grey hooded-jumper with a brown coat over the top.
