Thieves took the antlers of varying sizes and a quantity of alcohol from a shed in Holway Road. They also attempted to enter a second house in the same street but were unsuccessful.

A spokesman said the stolen antlers were quite distinctive and may have been sold on. Officers are appealing for information about the two incidents, which took place between Wednesday, December 12 and Saturday, December 15.

Anyone with any information is asked to contact PC Joey Mezzetti at Cromer police station on 101.
