Hundreds of cyclists are out enjoying the stunning scenery of the Holkham Estate and north Norfolk today.
Today is the second day of the three-day Pedal Norfolk Cycling Festival.
Olympic medallist and former world champion Emma Pooley started the festival yesterday.
More than 1,500 people have signed up to take part in the event, which continues tomorrow.
A mixture of competitive cyclists and fun riders are taking part.
Miss Pooley, who grew up in Norwich, said: “I’m really excited to be here.
“What I like about this festival is the focus is on having fun, and there are a mixture of adults and children taking part.
“Cycling has always been strong in Norfolk and that is shown by the number of people who have turned up to this event.” There are nine different road rides ranging from 20 to 100 miles, a mountain bike course, a time trial, a BMX stunt show and a range of different activities for people of all ages.
The festival is sponsored by the EDP, North Norfolk District Council, Adnams, Leathes Prior, Tyrrells, Handelsbanken, Holkham Emerald and Purple Chilli Events,
The festival is raising money for Prostate Cancer UK.
People are welcome to turn up and sign up to take part in any of the rides.
