A table full of coffee, tea and cakes was provided for members and hotel guests at Park Farm Hotel’s Fitness Express Leisure Club.

The event was organised by club member Les King who is also providing the charity with a shop rent free in Middleton Street, Wymondham. This will be officially opened on Tuesday, August 14.

Donations from the coffee morning will go to the charity which helps people affected by cancer and which has a centre in Melton Road, Wymondham, which is open Mondays to Fridays from 10am until 4 pm to give advice, help and support to those affected by the disease.

Local volunteer Jo Hilton was on hand during the morning to talk about the work of the charity.
