About 100 people turned out for a community beach clean in Hemsby.
The volunteers arrived at 9.30am today and spent about an hour getting stuck in to keep the east coast beach tidy three months after it was hit hard in the December storm surge.
Several chalets in the beach resort were destroyed on the night of December 5.
Today's clean up was organised by McDonalds and the Save Hemsby Coastline campaign group.
Rebecca Bone, a Planet Champion for the McDonalds at Gapton Hall in Great Yarmouth, said 50 people from the fast food restaurant took part and helped fill a skip with rubbish, mainly broken glass, a few tyres and the remains of buildings.
Volunteers met at the Lacon Arms where Save Hemsby campaigners, who fundraise for DIY sea defences and lobby government for sea defence cash, raised more £280 through the sale of wristbands.
