Hearing into deaths of Lowestoft woman Fiona Anderson and her three children

A hearing was held yesterday into the deaths of a 23-year-old Lowestoft woman and her three young children.
The pre-inquest review was held into the deaths of Fiona Anderson and her children, three-year-old Levina, Addy, two, and 11-month-old Kyden.
Miss Anderson plunged to her death from the Battery Green multi-storey carpark on April 15 last year.
The bodies of her children were found later that day at their home in London Road South.
Yesterday’s pre-inquest review was held by Suffolk coroner Dr Peter Dean behind closed doors at Lowestoft Magistrates’ Court.
A schedule will be set for the full inquest into the four deaths at a later date.
Post-mortem examinations have revealed Miss Anderson died from multiple injuries and her three children died from drowning.
At the time of her death Miss Anderson was heavily pregnant.
In January a serious case review into the deaths raised concerns over the way Suffolk County Council’s children and young people services department had handled the family from the time of Levina’s birth.
