The new gym being opened in Norwich city centre by The Gym Group will officially open to the public in September.

The gym, currently under construction at the former Habitat site in London Street, will be open 24 hours a day and will have memberships which have no commitment to a long-term contract. The budget gym chain offer few frills but aim to offer a clean, safe environment, at an affordable price.

General manager Carly McMillan, who was previously general manager at the Sprowston Manor Marriot hotel said: “In addition to introducing a more affordable leisure facility to the area, the club will also bring employment.

“We are currently recruiting for a number of roles and anybody interested in applying should visit The Gym Group website.”
