That's all very well , however when I try to get an appointment to see my G.P. I fail miserably. When I am finally able to speak to a receptionist(usually following 30-40 mins. of engaged tone) I'm told that nothings available today & I can't have an appointment for later in the week. I'm then asked to repeat the same hopeless process the following day. I usually just give up.
