The Hairy Bikers TV presenters are supporting a campaign to safeguard the future of a popular village shop in north Norfolk.
Tenants at the Itteringham village shop, near Aylsham, are facing eviction in October, unless a solution can be found.
The group said on Twitter: 'Excited to learn @HairyBikers are supportive of our #saveourshop campaign!'
Campaigners held a fundraising open gardens event on Sunday, June 11. And 25 singers will celebrate female singers and Suffragettes in the 'Cantamus' concert, at 7pm on Thursday, June 15, at the village hall, in aid of the appeal. Entry by donations.
The shop, which dates back 380 years, faces an uncertain future, after the owners of the building served an eviction notice.
Since 1994, it has been run by the Itteringham Community Association and a dedicated team of employees and volunteers.
