He said: “Our historic borough is a hugely diverse place which ranges from small scenic villages and hamlets to one of the most dynamic urban areas in Norfolk, as such I wanted to ensure that residents across the constituency had an easy way of meeting me and letting me know what they think.

  • Monkeyhanger. Like I said. He doesnt want to speak to the workers of this town. He just wants to talk to either the permanently unemployed (NOT those who have lost their jobs through no fault of their own) or pensioners. It would not surprise me if the people he gets to speak to are specially selected from the Conservative club.

  • If he had any balls he would stand on a soapbox in the market place and field questions from all comers. we all know that the local tory club will wheel out the old ladies to tell him how brilliant he is.

  • Fully understand your concerns "V" and those of many here in GY - However i also know Brandon spends a lot of time going into various workplaces talking to employees at all levels and takes a keen interest in the next generation of workers coming through the apprentice schemes..He also devotes a lot of time to charitable organisations and those unemployed who give time and skills to help within our community instead of sitting idle and putting nothing back..in my opinion he is a good man, he cares passionately about our town and its people and he's working his socks off trying to secure a better future for all in our town.

  • ".........aims to ensure residents who cannot get to his surgeries have the chance to meet him......".. And still the 'workers' cannot meet him as they are all during working time. Is this so he can avoid awkward questions about the outer disaster etc ?.

  • Give our MP a break for christ sake - He's going out to speak to people, if he didn't then i'd say there was just complaint, but he is and fair play to him..We have the right to replace him in a few years time and i'm pretty sure if things are not satisfactory he'll be gone.
