• Halloween at Holkham
Sunday October 25 to Saturday October 31
Dress for the occasion and be prepared for thrills galore as Holkham Hall and the Walled Gardens are taken over by all things ‘spooktacular’ this Halloween, including scary spiders, bewitching bats and frightening factoids.
Visitors can make terrifyingly tasty treats and can enjoy storytelling, games, a fancy dress parade, face painting and pumpkin carving.

• Spooky Halloween Evenings
Bressingham Steam & Gardens
Friday October 30 to Saturday October 31
The Nursery train will be running from 18:00 through the edge of the haunted woods, hoping it doesn’t need to stop at the old abandoned crossing or the wilderness swamp. See if you can avoid riding with one of the Galloper ghosts of years gone by.
There will also be witches, ghosts and ghoulish goings on to spot both on the train trip and inside the Museum.

• Spooky Express
Bure Valley Railway
Monday October 26 to Sunday November 1
Throughout the half term holiday, the Bure Valley Railway will be holding “The Spooky Express”.
Trains will operate daily from both Aylsham and Wroxham and there will be a children’s competition to see how many spooky items can be spotted on the train journey.

• The Glorious Glowing Lantern Parade
Wednesday October 21 to Sunday November 1
During the day visitors will be able to make a before exploring the Halloween woodland decorations as well as listening to the special edition of the BeWILDerbats story.
At dusk there will be glowing pumpkins, Snagglefang the bat will be reading a poem and visitors can also meet Slitherigrubs, Witches, naughty Thorneycold Spiders and even Swampy himself.
