Flowers have been left at the roadside for a woman in her 30s who died yesterday after her car crashed with a van.
Emergency services were called to the A1075 Watton Road, just past Long Road near Shipdham, at around 4.15pm after a yellow Renault Clio travelling towards Watton collided with a white Ford Transit flat-bed going in the opposite direction.
The female driver of the Clio, from Clare in Suffolk, died at the scene.
Her two male passengers, from Fakenham, have cuts to right arm and finger and the other to the forehead and a sore left arm.
The male driver of the Transit, in his 30s, and his male passenger, received minor injuries as a result.
A blue Saab was nearby at the time of the collision, but it is not believed to have been directly involved.
The road was closed for around six hours.
Officers would like to hear from anyone who believes they may have seen the Clio or the Transit prior to the incident or the collision itself.
Witnesses are asked to contact the Serious Collision Investigation Team on 101.
