Firefighters raised more than £300 from a car wash event at Gorleston Fire Station on Saturday.

Motorists drove up in cars, vans and lorries between 10am and 4pm to have their vehicles cleaned in return for a donation to the National Firefighters Charity.

There was also a chance to find out about road safety and home fire risk assessments from local firefighters.
