Fire crews called to Sutton Staithe to rescue someone from the water

Norfolk fire service have rescued a person from Sutton Staithe near Stalham.

Crews from North Walsham and the boat and technical rescue team from Carrow where called to Staithe Road at around 8.15 on Tuesday evening following reports that someone had fallen into the water from a boat.

Fire fighters helped the person from the water before passing them into the care of the ambulance service.

The fire service left the scene at around 8.40pm.
