Artists have just a week left to sign up to take part in next year’s Norfolk and Norwich Open Studios.

The annual visuals arts event is a 16-day county-wide celebration which sees artists open their studios to the public.

It is one of the biggest events of its kind in the country and is said to attract more than 32,000 visitors each year.

The 2015 NNOS will run from May 23 to June 7, and artists have until Friday, December 5 to register to take part.

The 2014 Norfolk and Norwich Open Studios saw 585 artists and 480 school children participating across 272 venues.

Artist Elizabeth Potter, who exhibited her sculpture work from her workplace in Saxthorpe, said: “I enjoyed my first Open Studios experience, met lots of lovely people, other artists and made contacts.”

It costs £100 for an individual artist to take part and £280 for a group of artists. This includes a listing in the Norfolk and Norwich Open Studios brochure and online, as well as the chance to take part in the NNOS Central Taster Exhibition at The Forum in Norwich in April.

Artists can apply online at

The deadline is Friday, December 5.

Norwich based company Wex Photographic will be supporting the scheme for a second year in 2015.
