Female pedestrian airlifted to hospital after being struck by a car in Outwell

A pedestrian suffered serious internal injuries and was taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge by air ambulance, after being hit by a car.

The woman was struck in Suttons Close, Outwell, in west Norfolk, at about 10.25am today.

The driver, who was a man, was unhurt.

Witnesses should call PC Ady Girton at Swaffham roads policing on 101.
