False fire alarm brings Norwich station to standstill

A false fire alarm has blocked all train lines from Norwich this morning.

The station was evacuated and train operator Greater Anglia said services running to and from the station may be cancelled, delayed by up to 20 minutes or revised at short notice.

All lines have now re-opened.

  • Who knows, maybe one day in the future, a Greater (than what?) Anglia train will actually run on time!
