The sun may have remained hidden but for many at this year's Weeting Steam Engine Rally the weekend's weather was a welcome relief from the baking heat of recent days.
Thousands turned out to the three day event, which is due to finish today (Sunday), at Fengate Farm in Weeting, near Thetford.
Now in its 45th year, the event was aimed more than ever at families, with attractions including donkey rides, a chance to ride on a tank and scores of farmyard machines.
People also saw working steam-powered farmyard machines, a full sized steam train on rails, a model steam train which transported passengers around a track and small steam models including boats on a pond.
