Emergency services deal with more than 50 tyres and a billboard on fire in Norwich

A billboard and more than 50 tyres were found on fire in Norwich in the early hours of this morning.

Police and fire crews attended the blaze at the junction of Oak Street and Sussex Street just after 3am.

A spokesman for the fire service said crews from Sprowston and Carrow arrived at the scene at 3.11am and had put out the blaze by 3.33am.

The emergency services are now carrying out a joint investigation into the cause of the fire.
