A junior school in west Norfolk is hosting a free course for teachers who want to introduce iPads to the classroom.

Howard Junior School, on Parkway, will hold the session at the school from 4pm to 5.30pm on Tuesday, November 14.

The school is the King’s Lynn Apple Regional Training Centre, which is designed to offer those working in schools support on using technology in lessons.

The event, designed for teachers and support staff, will show how an iPad can “augment, modify and transform your classroom” and will cover a range of apps, as well as Apple Teacher.

Howard Junior has prioritised digital learning, giving iPads to every pupil for the duration of their study, making a pledge to digital learning and building its own Spark Lab, a classroom dedicated to science, technology, engineering and maths.
