One further point that has not been raised in the posts, Lisa Christensen has been in the post for several years now, something like 7 or 8 I think. She is clearly responsible for the shortcomings and asking for more time is beyond belief. If she does not think that has happened is a failure, her failure, then I dread to think what is.
