Pre-school children enjoyed dressing up and taking part in a nativity play, ahead of the Christmas celebrations.
Many of the youngsters’ families attended the event, which was held at Worstead Pre-school, near North Walsham.
Administrator Karla Jermy said: “They enjoyed putting on the nativity play for their families and it was called The Fox’s Tale.
“The children acted, danced and sang, including solos, as they retold the birth of Jesus, though the eyes of a wild fox.
“Afterwards, they were lucky enough to attend a Christmas fayre and enjoy visiting Father Christmas.”
The pre-school, based at Queen Elizabeth Hall in Ruin Road, was formally set up as Dilham Pre-school in 1984 by a group of mothers who wanted their children to socialise and play. It was originally set up in one mother’s house in Dilham. Over the years it has moved from Dilham village hall to East Ruston, back to Dilham again, and finally to Worstead.
