  • Well that is a full explanation then isn't it, a story almost as short as the headline. Hasn't the school any obligation to keep its promise to teach children? What is Norfolk County Council going to do today about Sidestrand school's failure to produce what is promised on the tin? What can parents do? Should the head resign?
