Two Olympic athletes will be visiting schools in Norfolk to encourage pupils to take part in physical activity and inspire the next sporting stars.
Swimmers Joe Roebuck and Amy Smith both participated in the Olympics Games in London 2012 and are Commonwealth medallists.
Organised by Sports for Schools, the pair will visit three schools to talk about their sport and careers.
Additionally a fun fitness circuit will be set up where a host - or sportivater - will get the children to participate alongside the athlete.
Michael Ledzion, managing director of Sports for Schools and chief sportivater, said: 'Firstly what we are doing is encouraging children to be physically active.
'It is really important for building the brain and getting better academic results as well as for well being.
'Our mission is to put psychical activity on par with numeracy and literacy. We are all about helping schools and children to realise psychical activity is vital to life.'

On the athlete visits he added: 'There is a lot of evidence that shows that having a role model is a very powerful way of conveying messages. It means the memory sticks much better.'
The Duchy of Lancaster Primary School, Methwold, will welcome Joe on February 20 and he will also visit The Norman Church of England Primary School in Northwold on February 22.
On February 23 Amy will visit pupils at Weeting Primary School.
Last year Paralympian and blind footballer Roy Turnham and his guide dog Pudsey attended Edmund De Moundeford Primary School in Feltwell.
The EDP and Norwich Evening News has teamed up with Sports for Schools for a campaign which will see schools and communities collect tokens to win a share of a £20,000 sports kit cash pot.

From Monday until April 14, tokens will be printed in every edition of the newspapers.
The top three schools with the most tokens - calculated on a pro rata basis based on pupil numbers - will receive prizes of £5,000, £3,000 or £2,000, while schools which collect 1,000 tokens will receive a free sports pack.
Schools can register by emailing sportsforschools@archant.co.uk with the school's name, address, postcode, contact name, telephone number and the number of pupils at the school.
