The trophy cabinet at Neatherd High School in Dereham has a new addition after a group of dancers won a prestigious national competition.
Obsidian, run by Rachael Harris, travelled to London to take part in the grand final of the Dance: Make Your Move competition run by the British Red Cross.
The event was held at the Indigo at the O2 Arena and had a very large audience.
The group performed its moving dance piece based on the misery and horror that refugees face when fleeing Syria and the cramped and cold conditions they experience on their treacherous journey across the open sea.
Obsidian was awarded first place, bringing home an impressive trophy, and also a commendation for best choreography.
The group was ecstatic to have won such a tough competition and the dancers were also proud to have been part of raising money and awareness of the Red Cross.
