A fashion show at Dereham's Neatherd High School included contributions from local stores as well as students' own creations.
M&Co, Chattels of Dereham and Emma's Boutique had some of their lastest summer fashions modelled by Neatherd students and staff while Knit Wits brought along a rainbow array of yarns and fabrics to delight and tempt the audience.
Featuring in the catwalk show was the work of Year 10 and 11 GCSE textiles students and textiles club members. Skirts, dresses, jackets and theatrical costumes were all showcased as were the 'mash-up' charity shop challenge garments designed and created by the textiles club.
Textiles teacher and show organiser Sally Sanderson said: 'We were overwhelmed by the enthusiasm of the local fashion retailers. To round it all off we also invited local textiles/craft retailers and artists to make the evening a broad celebration of textile art.'
