Someone attempted to break into a site office at Clarkes Lane in Lowestoft between 10.30am on Sunday and 7am on Monday.
The offender or offenders removed bolts on fencing in order to lift it up and gain entry to the site and then tried to force their way into the temporary office.
No entry was gained and four plastic grommets were the only items taken from the site.
Anyone with information should call Lowestoft police on 101 or Crimestoppers, anonymously if required, on 0800 555 111.
Terrorism returned to the streets of London today as two suspected Muslim fanatics butchered a man in broad daylight in the name of “Allah”.
